Due to sanitary purposes, items that are eligible for returns must be unused, still in package, and still in the same condition that you received it. 

*Returns are not accepted after 14 days. Due to our policy, we can not offer you a full refund if the product exceeds over 14 days to be returned.* 

In order to request a return: 

1. Email us at [email protected] with your receipt, tracking number, or proof of purchase(s) 

2. Please state your full name, address, and date of purchase 

3. Inform us on what type of payment you have completed your purchase with (credit/debit card, PayPal, Venmo, etc) as the money will be refunded back to the same payment form. 

*Adiani Beauty & Co does not cover shipping and handling for returns. If you are shipping items that exceeds $50, we advise you to purchase insurance or have a tracking number in hand.*
